Hong Kong Call Centre Association (HKCCA), China Call Centre & CRM Association (CNCCA) and Taiwan Contact Centre Development Association (TCCDA) have formed a Greater China Contact Centre Alliance (GCCA) with the first GCCA Summit and the inauguration ceremony held in Hong Kong on March 23, 2018.


The Summit features reputable speakers from China; Taiwan and Hong Kong on the topics ranging from Artificial Intelligence (AI) application, Digital Customer Engagement to Customer Intimacy strategy. Also, Ms Joyce Poon, General Manager of EPRO TechSoft Ltd., has been appointed as the Secretary of the Executive Committee.
